[Sometime during the day on Tuesday, Dorian will suggest that Grell join him in the Viewport for a drink.

Of course, he's a little turned off of wine after everything. Instead, he's brought a small teapot filled with hot water and bags of tea, and a small handful of cups. It just feels safer if they're drinking from the same source of water. Not on his account, but he doesn't want to make Grell weigh between politeness and sensible caution. There's a bottle of wine there too in case that's what she wants, but he won't pour it himself.]

[the gesture isn't lost on her. even if they hadn't been drinking from the same source, she would have accepted it - only a fool would try poisoning the week after someone had used that method to murder. that, or someone quite intelligent, but she wants to think for a bit that with his barriers and his search for the truth, Dorian is a person she might be able to trust. just a little.

in any case, she takes the tea, without so much as a glance towards the wine.]

It's been quite some time since I've enjoyed tea I haven't made myself.
